UPS App Redesign
Now a day, so much is ordered online, which means we all frequent some type of delivery service, to ship something yourself, receive a package, or check its progress. The goal was to create a UI that provides greater access to information and seamlessly integrates smooth navigational flow for checking on package deliveries and packages mailed. This redesign overcomes the confusing and dated setbacks about which the site was receiving complaints. In addition, I created a more user-friendly experience that allows the customer to really cater the app to their specific needs at the time. It was important for the app to be more functional and allow customers to be presented with all the capabilities UPS has to offer their customers, in an easy and streamlined look.
